Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury Civil Litigation

A well-established law firm in downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our personal injury civil litigation department. We are looking for candidates with 3-4 years of relevant experience who can handle a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defending and taking depositions
• Managing cases independently
• Trial preparation and participation
• Court appearances
• Drafting law and motion documents
• Legal research and writing
• Drafting correspondence
• Summarizing and/or propounding discovery
• Drafting notices and objections
• Interacting with clients
• Defending and taking expert depositions

Required Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience litigating personal injury cases
• Solid understanding of California Civil Procedure
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
