Job Description
Job Title: Physician - Transplant Nephrologist
University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking Transplant Nephrologist Physician to provide coverage on a casual basis at the M Health Clinics and Specialty Center in Minneapolis.
Practice Highlights:
  • We are looking for an individual who will provide high-level patient-centered care aligning with the goals and objectives of the M Health Fairview organization.
  • This is a casual position that will provide care in the clinic setting.
  • The practice includes an advance practice provider and other support staff.
  • Will collaborate with other Nephrology colleagues within the University of Minnesota, Division of Nephrology and Hypertension, providing comprehensive medical care for patients with kidney disease or hypertension.
  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
  • This position is not eligible for benefits.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Nephrology fellowship training program.
  • Board certified with the ABIM in internal medicine and board eligible/certified in Nephrology.
  • Licensed or ability to acquire a medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
