Summary: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Need Licensed Travel RN registered with Wisconsin Board of Nursing, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Roles & Responsibilities: Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Minimum Qualifications: Acuity Adaptable Unit - RN Med/Surg will be taking care of medical/surgical overflow patients, will take an ICU or Step Down RN if willing to have a medical/surgical assignment up to a 1:5 ratio. No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short (<1/4 ), EOW, EOH; at least 2 yrs experience; may need to float to sites within 40 miles if needed Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire. Minimum of 2 years of Experience as a Travel Register Nurse. Required Skills: Travel RN. Travel Registered Nurse.
