Responsibilities:
  • Senior customer-facing role responsible for discovering and analyzing business needs and business processes to guide application of IT technology solutions to business needs
  • Role Summary: Senior Business Analyst helps achieve business goals by analyzing business needs, business processes, and application of IT technology to business needs.
  • Through analysis and critical thinking identify areas or risk or inefficiencies for improvement and provide recommendations to fill in gaps and improve business processes and structures, which include technology, people, organizational, and technological structures.
  • The role often bridges technical teams and business departments so they can work together to achieve the functional specifications required to meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Business Analysis / Solutioning / Project Management experience.
  • 4+ years Pharma experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Action-oriented creative thinker and problem solver.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Experience in Pharma and GxP compliance / 21 CFR Part 11 / / Biologics Manufacturing, Quality, Lab.
