About the job Wound Care Nurse Practitioner - Post Acute Care - 2 days/week Korzen Health is working with the partnership of Healogics to find a Post Acute Nurse Practitioner. We are looking to add an experienced NP to cover local SNFs 2 days per week. Procedure experience within the last 2 years is required. For example: sutures, central lines, intubations, and anything that would be very specialized.This is a part time, 2 days/week position - flexible hours. Post-Acute Care wound care program located in Syracuse, NY. This is 100% wound care position. 52 hours of paid training included.This is a mobile position. We have 2 days of work in Syracuse, NY. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.Scope of Practice Includes:You will average around 18-20 patients a day.Performing basic wound care (dressing changes, chemical debridement) with some minor procedures.This will be a part-time 2 day a week job. No Nights, No Call, No weekends.
