With a firm focus on teamwork and collaboration, you'll provide strategic direction and ensure the team is working seamlessly to build relationships, meet targets, and secure those all-important business wins.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.
• Develop and execute strategies to target the Detroit Three (GM, Ford, Stellantis).
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (engineering, program management) to ensure customer needs are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
