About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Design Consultants, driving them to achieve and exceed sales goals. You will follow our provensales strategies, monitor market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with other departments, you will align sales objectives with our overall business expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 15+ Design Consultants to exceed revenue and KPI expectations.
•Monitor market trends and communicate with the VP of Sales and other teammates accordingly.
•Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
•Provide ongoing mentorship and direction to Design Consultants, with availability by phone, text, and email.

What You Bring:

•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
•2+ years of sales management experience

Pay Range
$175,000.00 Annually to $300,000.00 Annually
