We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice in Reading, Pennsylvania. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to diverse populations
•Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
•Perform routine health screenings and preventive care services
•Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
•Utilize EPIC EMR system for efficient and accurate documentation
•Participate in shared on-call duties (1:5 or 1:6 rotation)
Qualifications and Requirements
•Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
•Valid Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain)
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
•Recent graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply
