Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the organization in legal matters, including litigation and appeals.
• Advise leadership and various departments on legal issues.
• Enforce laws, prosecute cases, and manage legal teams.
• Advocate for legislative changes and collaborate with law enforcement agencies.

• Juris Doctorate (JD) and licensed in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
• Significant legal experience, including litigation and advisory roles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and legal strategy skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
