Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the dealership in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet dealership targets and grow sales volume.
  • Oversee sales team performance and ensure monthly sales goals and KPIs are met.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize pricing and product mix.
  • Motivate, coach, and lead the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve top performance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by improving sales processes and offering product/service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with management to provide insights and recommendations for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to overall dealership growth.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 years of experience working in a sales manager role at a dealership within the past 3 years
  • Extensive experience in automotive sales, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with market analysis, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
