Responsibilities
Key Areas of Responsibility
•Prepare raw materials for machining which may include cleaning, deburring, rust
removal, etc.
•Load of raw materials into machines for production.
•Run production parts including loading and unloading of finished products.
•Monitor quality of parts by performing in process inspection to ensure parts are
being made to print.
•Remove burrs and sharp edges from finished machined parts.
•Monitor inventory levels for both raw materials and machine tools.
•Perform daily machine cleaning and maintenance such as proper coolant mix, oil
levels, chip removal and area clean up.
•Complete inspection reports and other paperwork
•Other duties as assigned
