Network Services Manager
Location: San Antonio
Why this company:
  • Remote-Ish Opportunity (Need to be somewhere within San Antonio to Austin) plan on 2 days a month in office
  • Work in a high visibility role with great employee retention and you will manage 9 direct reports
  • Lots of ability to influence the direction of IT Infrastructure for a large organization supporting many sites and entities

Key Responsibilities:
  • This role is not about maintaining the status quo. You will need to be very forward thinking and strategy minded to be considered
  • Help plan for scalability and help define desired future state and be responsible for IT Road-mapping to desired future state

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience 5 years minimum experience in management with proven ability to navigate the challenges of not just upgrading networks but also planning for long term viability, capacity, and scalability
  • Experience with Enterprise level network design, implementation, and engineering that supports close to 100 sites with diverse technical environments
