Job Summary: SAP ABAP lead developers should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in the ABAP programming language, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Note: Experience with S4Hana migration and might be using smart shift
Responsibilities: An SAP ABAP lead developer's responsibilities include:
- Research and design: Research, analyze, and design SAP software applications and data processing requirements
- Development: Develop code, conduct code walkthroughs, and ensure all standards are met
- Testing: Plan and execute unit testing, string testing, and integration testing
- Documentation: Develop user documentation and technical specification documents
- Collaboration: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Communication: Communicate complex data into simple and precise language for the rest of the company
- Monitoring: Monitor the development on a daily basis to maintain the delivery schedule
- Adaptability: Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
