Description Position Overview: Communiboost is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling a variety of administrative tasks that support our daily activities. You will be the backbone of our office organization, responsible for maintaining records, managing correspondence, and assisting with various clerical tasks.
Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities - Answering phone calls and directing inquiries accordingly
- Processing and managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintaining organized and accurate filing systems
- Data entry and management of various documents and databases
- Assisting with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinating office supply orders and inventory
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
