We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Representative to join our team and serve as the vital link between our organization and the community. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand image and promote our initiatives. You will work closely with various internal departments to gather information and present it in a coherent and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to promote organizational initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Maintain and update the organization's website and social media accounts with timely content.
• Coordinate and participate in community events to enhance organizational presence.
• Serve as a media contact and prepare spokespersons for interviews or public appearances.
• Monitor media coverage and report findings to internal teams regularly.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in communications or public relations roles.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using various digital communication tools and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
