Role Description:
Matillion / Python (Python skills are required, Matillion skills are optional), Snowflake SQL , Tableau
Responsibilities: Monitor alerts, errors and troubleshoot ETL failures, Triage user requests (Jira/ServiceNow), Manage access controls in Snowflake / Tableau, Monitor and triage Slack user requests, generate ops excellence metrics via Tableau, develop ops automation utilities, manage DevOps cycles/releases and verification, manage runbooks, participate in scrum sessions (9 AM PT), Rotational ONCALL shifts
