Job Summary:
As the Group Product Manager - Growth, you will own the critical charter of driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role focuses on optimizing the customer sign-up and conversion funnel, with responsibilities spanning SEO/SEM, social advertising, landing page development, and local engagement strategies. In addition, to establishing a product-led growth strategy, you'll be empowering our sales team to reach new customers and segments.
The ideal candidate will close a key skill gap in DMG's growth initiatives, developing and executing a roadmap to scale our platform's reach among small businesses. You will collaborate across teams, including marketing, engineering, sales, and operations, and frequently travel to target markets to engage directly with local businesses and providers.
This is a senior IC role with significant growth opportunity.
What You'll Do:
  • Own the Growth Charter:
    - Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of initiatives to increase customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
    - Optimize the conversion funnel through A/B testing, marketing analytics, and landing page development.
  • Develop & Implement Acquisition Strategies:
    - Leverage expertise in SEO, SEM, and social advertising to drive high-quality traffic to DMG's platform.
    - Build marketing assets, including landing pages, email campaigns, and content tailored to target small businesses.
    - Develop lead generation model for large potential customers and find other ways to support sales teams.
  • Lead Local Engagement:
    - Design and execute initiatives to engage small businesses in target markets.
    - Conduct field visits to build relationships, gather insights, and validate growth experiments.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
    - Partner with marketing and operations to align customer acquisition and provider onboarding efforts.
    - Work closely with design and engineering teams to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.
  • Leverage Data for Growth:
    - Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and SQL to analyze user behavior and inform decision-making.
    - Design and execute data-driven experiments to validate growth hypotheses.
  • Take Ownership of Digital Presence:
    - Oversee development and continuous improvement of DMG's website and digital touchpoints (if assigned).
    - Ensure all digital assets are optimized for user engagement and conversion.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in growth product management or related roles.
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention in a marketplace or digital platform environment.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, social advertising, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong data skills, including proficiency in tools like PowerBI, Mixpanel, and with SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize landing pages and user funnels.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
