Vic's NYC- Regional Italian restaurant in New York City is looking for a Sous Chef.
Qualifications
Non-Negotiables
  • Tenure : Minimum 3 years in a Sous Chef role at a comparable high-volume restaurant (350 covers )
  • Experience :
    • From-scratch pizza and pasta preparation
    • Meat fabrication
    • Homemade bread production
    • Regional Italian experience is a plus

  • Invested in the re-growth of the restaurant
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proactive and intuitive
  • Hands-on approach to ensure smooth dinner-only services
Responsibilities
  • Expedite services up to 350 covers
  • Admin responsibilities
