BI Developer
Irving, TX - remote 2 days a week after training period
Direct Hire - Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without assistance
Pay: $110-125K DOE
We are a leading company looking for an experienced BI Developer with expertise in ETL processes, specifically within SAP environments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growth-oriented organization that values innovation and offers competitive compensation.
What You'll Do:

• Work with ETL tools such as SAP Data Services, Informatica, or SSIS
• Support various data archiving projects and administer Win Shuttle environments
• Extract data from SAP systems (BW, ECC, Salesforce) and troubleshoot existing ETL processes
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and develop data migration solutions

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of BI development experience, with strong ETL skills
• Familiarity with SAP Data Services/BODS and Informatica PowerCenter
• Experience with data conversions and migrations, particularly in SAP S4 environments
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of SSAS tabular models and PowerBI reports is a plus

• Up to $126K base pay, plus 15% bonus (based on company performance)
