Job Title: Cloud Architect - W2 - Can provide sponsorship

Location: Merrimack, NH - Hybrid - 2 weeks in a month onsite - Local

Must Have:

They will need to have Strong Database Experience in Snowflake, NoSQl and RDBS.

Will need hands on Experience completing cloud database migrations.

AI exp is nice to have.

What the team does: They run the Data Architecture for IWMS, and support two domain squads, work Solution Architects, Engineers, etc.

Will be migrating out of Mainframe

Description

- Demonstrate strategic thinking and ability to analyze business direction and problems, understand long term vision and risk in developing strategic technical solutions.

- Proven expericence in building and architecting data solutions and strategy across Databases, DataWarehouse, DataLake and Cloud Platforms

- Proven track in analyzing the data landscape and recommending Data Strategy and DataOps Strategies

- Experience in Cloud Adoption, Cloud Migration and Cloud Onboarding of use cases across Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle, Snowflake and Databricks, Integration Patterns (ETL/ELT, APIs, Messaging, Events, caching) and Data Security

- Involved in developing Cloud agnostic architectures for new and migration use cases, migrating on-prem databases to AWS/Azure, Datalake and Snowflake

- Hands-on experience in developing and automating the data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

- Proficient in building data moETL/ELT pipelines using ETL tools like Informatica/Snaplogic, others

- Experience with API Management, Data Analysis, domain modeling, policy modeling.

- Experience in Integration Patterns (APIs, Messaging, Events, Caching) and Data Security

- Experience to evaluate, prototypes, direct proof of concepts and recommend emerging technologies and platforms.

- Strong presentation skills, written and verbal communication including the ability to influence, to negotiate resolution of issues and conflicts.

- Strong Experience in drive defining and executing initiatives with end to end solutioning with architecture priciples

- Ability to Influence and possess strong presentation skills, written and verbal communication.

-Expertise in RDBMS, NoSQL others database and data integrations technologies, and cloud based technologies
