Key Responsibilities: - Provide SME support to manage a client-wide cyber training program.
- Coordinate with Combatant Commands to ensure assigned forces are trained, certified, and interoperable with Joint Forces.
- Establish and maintain training and certification standards for Joint Cyberspace Operations Forces.
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure objectives are met, Joint standards are reinforced, and readiness assessments are facilitated.
- Develop requirements for collective training and exercise events, including evaluations and assessments.
- Identify and track observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events internally and across Joint Forces.
- Develop recommendations for strategy, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures for employing cyberspace operations forces.
- Assist with coordinating and developing mission essential tasks, reviewing task lists, and assessing compliance with mission essential standards.
- Support validation efforts for Cyber Mission Force (CMF) and other forces to ensure training standards are met for combatant command cyberspace operations support.
Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience with training standards and developing training pipelines.
- 1+ years of experience developing and maintaining job qualification standards (JQS).
- Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in data gathering using techniques such as working groups, interviews, and surveys.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with groups.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree.
Additional Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience supporting a Joint Duty Assignment.
- Experience briefing senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data analytics for training execution statistics.
- Knowledge of policy, governance, and service training models.
- Understanding of service training, accessions, manpower, and presentation models.
- Knowledge of cyber workforce frameworks such as NICE and related standards.
- Excellent data analysis, verbal, and written communication skills.
