Psychiatric Nurse Manager – Adolescent Services

Location: Falls Church, VA | Schedule: Full-time, Days (No Weekends)

Lead and manage a specialized adolescent inpatient psychiatric program, overseeing daily operations, staff, and quality care for up to 26 beds. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes in a trauma-informed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in staffing, scheduling, and operational management.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with program goals.
• Oversee staff training, education, and annual competencies.
• Maintain compliance with safety and hospital standards.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, BSN/MSN preferred.
• 3-5 years of behavioral health experience (adolescent psych required).
• Leadership experience in acute inpatient care.
• Certifications: BLS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 30 days).
