Job Requirement :
Manage the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Accounting/Finance operations. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and goals. Assist the CFO with day-to-day accounting operations, which will include general ledger, accounts receivable collections, inventory management, cash management and fixed assets accounting, among others. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable and process reconciliations in a timely manner. Support financial audits and monitor adherence to financial standards and regulations.
Primary Responsibilities and Job Tasks
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions across all branches. Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, inventory, fixed asset records, general ledger accounting, etc. Develop, improve, and issue timely monthly financial results and reports for CEO, CFO, and parent company. Assure financial plans are consistent with organizational goals and provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company financial results, capital expenditures, etc. when necessary. Lead, mentor, and develop our accounting/finance team fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture across the group.
Core Competencies
Must have a working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, accrual based accounting, organizational auditing, and fixed asset accounting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary when interacting with staff, employees and customers and to convey complex financial information in a clear, concise way. Technical acumen, creative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also a must.
Job Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or business administration. CPA or equivalent Big 4 background and experience is preferred. Possess strong interpersonal skills, highly proficient in excel and Microsoft Office Suite and business skills and three or more years of experience managing an organization's accounting functions. Experience in manufacturing, rental operations and acquisitions are a plus.
