Banko Overhead Doors is looking for a proactive, hands-on Controller to lead our accounting and finance operations. This role is instrumental in optimizing financial processes, improving automation, and providing critical insights to executive leadership. As a Finance Business Partner , you will collaborate across departments to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive profitability . Key Responsibilities:

? Oversee Financial Operations – Manage all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

? Lead Month-End Close & Reporting – Perform financial statement analysis, reconcile accounts, and prepare profit & loss and balance sheet reports.

? Strengthen Internal Controls – Assess risk, implement compliance measures, and ensure financial data integrity.

? Drive Budgeting & Forecasting – Assist in strategic financial planning and variance analysis to optimize performance.

? Enhance Process Automation – Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and reporting.

? Support ERP & Financial Systems – Manage ERP transactions, ensuring system efficiency and accuracy.

? Ensure Compliance & Tax Preparedness – Oversee state business registration, tax compliance, and contract review.

? Develop & Maintain SOPs – Establish policies and procedures for accounting functions and reconciliation processes.

? Mentor & Guide Teams – Provide leadership to junior accountants, ensuring professional growth and knowledge sharing.

? Monitor Audit Systems – Implement best practices for financial oversight and operational accountability.

What You Bring:

? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).

? 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in a service-based industry.

? Expertise in ERP systems (implementation experience a plus).

? Strong financial acumen & strategic planning skills aligned with GAAP.

? Proven ability to analyze data, manage costs, and drive efficiencies.

? Experience with business registration, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

? Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

? A collaborative, high-integrity approach to team leadership.
