We are currently seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with one to three years' experience, to join our team and support the continued growth of our practice.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated attorney with expertise in insurance coverage law to help our clients navigate policy interpretation, coverage disputes, and litigation. Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to clients on insurance coverage matters, including policy interpretation, endorsements, exclusions, and claims handling.
• Analyze and assess coverage issues related to a variety of insurance policies, including commercial general liability.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation, including both trial and appellate matters, as well as alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.
• Taking of depositions.
• Draft comprehensive coverage opinions, policy analysis, demand letters, and settlement proposals.
• Work with clients to develop strategies for handling insurance claims and coverage disputes.
• Stay updated on developments in insurance law, regulations, and industry trends that may affect clients in New York State and beyond.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support the professional development of junior attorneys and staff.
