NYC Insurance Defense Firm seeks a highly motivated attorney, admitted in New York to work in Nassau and Suffolk Counties and the NYC office, with 3 to 5 years' experience.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing insurance coverage law.
• Experience representing either insurers or policyholders in coverage disputes, including litigation and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of New York State insurance law and regulations.
• Ability to take depositions.
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver practical solutions to complex legal issues.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload, while being a collaborative team player.
• Active New York State Bar membership.

Salary Commensurate with experience, $125K to $140K. Lucrative bonuses, paid annually and quarterly, based upon productivity. We offer competitive benefits, 401k, health, vision and dental plans.
