Studio 1200 is an award-winning architecture and interior design firm located in Short Hills, NJ. Our projects span diverse work types and we are known for providing design excellence along with a high level of personalized service. We are seeking a senior level architect with 10+ years experience.

Responsibiltiies include:

• Design Leadership: Develop concepts and technical requirements for each phase of the design process.
• Project Oversight: Oversee all deliverables from Schematic Design (SD) to Construction Administration (CA).
• Technical Expertise: Produce construction documents (CDs), coordinate with MEP consultants, and review drawings for code compliance. Conduct QA/QC for all deliverables.
• Team Management: Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, manage schedules and budgets.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main client contact, and act as project manager on some projects, including managing proposals, budget and schedule.

This is an opportunity to work with a forward-thinking design team that can solve any design challenge within budget and on time. Candidate must be proficient in Revit and have experience with tight deadlines and working on multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires you to be in the office 5 days a week.
