Studio 1200 has an immediate opening for an intermediate Architect with 8+ years experience in workplace design to join our busy and Corporate Interiors studio. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from Schematic Design thru Construction Documents and CA of multiple projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture or related technical experience
• Proficiency in Revit required
• 8+ years experience in corporate interiors
• Proven success at juggling multiple projects
• Knowledge of workplace design and details

Responsibilities:

• Work with team to develop design concepts, for client presentation
• Develop technical details of all plans
• Research and ensure code compliance
• Produce construction documents
• Conduct QA/QC on all deliverables
