Associate Director of Business Insights & Analytics

Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid; Must be on-site 3x a week)

I am partnered with a rapidly growing specialty pharmaceutical company who is looking for a hands-on strategic analyst to drive salesforce-effectiveness, streamline reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance market understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and track KPI's for sales-force effectiveness
• Implement segmentation and targeting alignment across brands
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses using internal and external data sources to identify challenges for the brand and business development opportunities
• Leverage advanced analytic techniques to distill and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with key stakeholder to develop opportunity focused forecasts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Advanced Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience within the Pharma/Biotech/healthcare industries
• Revenue forecasting experience
• Proficient in MS Office, SQL, & PowerBI
