Position: Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: Fairfax, Virginia (REMOTE but VA residency required))
Years of Experience: 5+, 1st chair experience in Virginia state and federal courts
Bar Licenses Required: VA
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Hours: Open to Full Time or Part Time (to receive bonuses, etc must bill 1300hrs/yr or more)

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment and business litigation matters in Virginia state and federal courts, including: the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Alexandria Division), Fairfax County Circuit Court, Fairfax County General District Court, Prince William County Circuit Court, and Loudoun County Circuit Court.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials as needed.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with first chair experience in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia (Alexandria Division) and Fairfax County Circuit Court.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- First chair trial experience
