The attorney will handle a range of transactional matters - with an emphasis on corporate and partnership tax matters. Some experience estate planning, commercial real estate, and/or mergers and acquisitions is preferred. LLM in Taxation is a plus.

This is an excellent opportunity with a mid-size firm in Madison, Wisconsin. Associates in this group work on a blend of sophisticated transactional/corporate matters.

• 2+ years experience.
• 1750 Billable Hours.
• Hybrid - 50% in-office expectation.
