Salary - $165K/base + bonus + % on book of business bring with you AND new business

Location – Parsippany, NJ (onsite 3 days a week)

Must haves:

1. Courtroom experience (1st chair)
2. State and Federal litigation experience
3. Complex commercial litigation for businesses related:
4. Employment and labor
5. Dissolution
6. Breach of contract
7. M&A (nice to have)
8. Defending a manufacturer against disputes or claims stemming from a product allegedly causing injury
