Our client, a major entertainment provider , is actively looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join their team in West Hollywood, CA! This is a hybrid position, onsite 1 day per week in West Hollywood.
** This begins as a 3 month contract with an opportunity to extend or convert into FT **
In this role, you will serve a critical role supporting deal management and business operations functions, including managing rights, terms, and content windowing, as well as scheduling, prioritizing and optimizing the expanding content library in an effort to grow viewership, increase content awareness, and enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Updating and auditing content rights and windows in our systems to ensure accurate availability and compliance for titles on our service.
- Supporting end-to-end content lifecycle from submission to scheduling, working cross-functionally to ensure timely and complete deliveries, cost management, and contract compliance.
- Managing, tracking, inputting, and implementing key day-to-day tasks related to channel operations, including onboards, rebrands, takedowns, and troubleshooting.
- Participating in channel onboarding, operations, and management meetings with key internal and external stakeholders including programming, marketing, content operations, ad operations, distribution, product, and engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required
- 1-2 years of experience in Entertainment (Internship experience is acceptable)
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge/Experience with Google Sheets
- Experience with AirTable is a plus
- Any content experience is strongly preferred
