My client is a fast-growing SaaS firm in Plano, TX who are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to take a lead role in all things recruitment and human resource strategy.
The firm have seen exciting growth, and are the leader in their market segment. They remain small, but mighty, with exciting expansion plans in the works!
They are looking for someone with 3-6 years recruitment experience, ideally in-house, but agency experience will be considered.
PLEASE NOTE: this role is at least 4 days in office per week in their Plano, TX office.
1. Technology Integration
- Assess and recommend process changes to best utilize HRIS (Dayforce) for seamless process management across all offices.
- Provide guidelines and training on using recruitment technology effectively.
2. Sourcing & Recruitment
- Design sourcing strategies tailored to local talent markets.
- Identify top channels for talent acquisition, including job boards, professional networks, and community outreach.
3. Compliance & Localization
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with local labor laws and regulations in the U.S. (federal, state, and city-specific).
- Adapt processes to consider local market nuances while maintaining consistency with the Montreal framework.
4. Metrics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring processes (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.).
- Provide detailed monthly or quarterly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement feedback loops to refine processes based on candidate and hiring manager input.
5. Onboarding Integration
- Align onboarding processes across offices to ensure best practices, creating a seamless experience for new hires.
- Develop a centralized onboarding framework with localized variations as needed.
- Provide tools and templates for consistent onboarding documentation and communication.
