We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team and help us bring our innovative designs to life across various platforms.

* This is a full-time, in-office position at our Yorba Linda, CA office *

Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer  at Sunday Swagger , you will be an integral part of our creative team. You’ll work on a variety of design projects including but not limited to email marketing campaigns, website graphics, social media content, online advertising, wholesale catalogs, and apparel design. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for both digital and print design and is excited to build a strong, cohesive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Marketing Design : Develop visually appealing and on-brand email templates that increase engagement and drive conversions.
• Website Graphics : Create compelling visuals for website banners, landing pages, product images, and other digital assets that align with Sunday Swagger’s brand identity.
• Social Media Content : Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to promote new product releases, brand campaigns, and company updates.
• Online Advertising : Craft eye-catching display ads and sponsored social posts with a strong call-to-action to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Apparel Design : Collaborate with the product team to create innovative, on-trend designs for hats, t-shirts, and other apparel items that resonate with our target audience.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and merchandising teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies.
• Asset Management : Organize and maintain a library of design assets, ensuring files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Trend Research : Stay updated on design and fashion trends, particularly within the golf and athletic wear markets, and incorporate fresh ideas into design concepts.

Qualifications

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic or visual design; experience in apparel or retail is a must.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Canva is a plus.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design principles, email design standards, and understanding of responsive design best practices.

Creative & Aesthetic Skills :

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including digital and print projects.
• Keen eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to translate brand identity into compelling visuals.

Soft Skills :

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively.
• A passion for golf, sports, or fashion is a plus (but not required).
