Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Injury Attorney at Marc J. Bern & Partners midtown Manhattan office. The Personal Injury Attorney will have 1 - 3 years of experience and will be responsible for conducting related legal research and analysis, case management, drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, as well as attending court proceedings, depositions, and hearings as necessary.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• New York Bar Admission is required.
• 1 - 3 year of personal injury or mass tort litigation experience.
• Experience with legal drafting, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to assist other attorneys.
• Strong legal research skills using platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
