JURISolutions is seeking a Contracts Specialist for a full-time position with our Boston-based client in higher academia. This role will consist of management of the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and reviewing to negotiations and completion. Common agreement types this position will see includes but is not limited to AIA contracts, MSAs, consulting agreements and service and orders. The ability to work across departments and revise and improve the client's general contracting guidelines are also necessary. A qualified candidate must have a bachelor's degree or paralegal certification.

This role is onsite through the entirety of the engagement and will last for at least 5 months, with the possibility for extension. After the training period, a hybrid schedule may be implemented.

Our compensation is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $35 per hour (equivalent of $75k/annually) and a benefits package that includes PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, 401K and more.
