Senior Manager of Distribution Operations needed for a high volume, multi-shift distribution center in Louisville, KY.

The SR Manager will be responsible for overseeing 4 exempt direct reports and indirect leadership of the 700 non-exempt employees in a 1.5mil sq ft. facility. The right person will have a degree in Supply Chain or Operations, at least 5 years management experience in a high volume facility, ICQA experience, and experience with solving high turnover issues. This client values a culture of fairness and continual improvement. The SR Manager will embody this culture by developing employee engagement programs. This is a dayshift position.
