Position: Plant Manager

Location: Greensboro / Winston-Salem, NC (will relocate)

Salary: Competitive Six Figure Base Salary + Bonus

Description:

We're working with a top food and beverage organization in search of a high caliber Plant Manager near Greensboro, NC. Candidates must come from the F&B, grocery, or dairy industry on the production side of the business. This is a well run facility looking for a leader to bring things to the next level.

This individual will lead a team of 2 managers, 6 supervisors, and 200 hourly associates.

Responsibilities:

- Plans, directs, and oversees all production and cooler operations

- Full P&L and budget responsibilities

- Needing someone that's tech savvy with excellent communication skills

- Stable and growing company offering the opportunity for upward mobility

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience
