Details:

• Boutique Litigation law firm with 12 attorneys seeking a Litigation Associate
• Practice Area(s): Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Probate, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Oil & Gas, Construction, Aviation/Aerospace, Business Litigation
• Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base salary plus quarterly bonuses
• Billable hour requirement: 450 per quarter
• Onsite Schedule in Downtown Dallas

Qualifications:

• 3+ YOE as an Associate Attorney with strong Litigation experience in any or multiple of the following practice areas: Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Probate, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Oil & Gas, Construction, Aviation/Aerospace, Business Litigation
• Strong writing & research skills
• Trial experience strongly preferred
• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas
• State and Federal Law experience highly preferred
