Job Title: Service Technical Support - GD&T

Responsibilities:

The Quality Operations Support candidate will support Keysight manufactured test equipment. Specific duties include: mechanical measurement of precision milled and turned sub-miniature high frequency electronic parts to ensure functionality and accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for for performing inspection of sub-assemblies or final assemblies or Keysight products. Interprets prints, manufacturing drawings, and/or diagrams in approving or rejecting in-process or final assemblies. Maintains records and/ or databases. Working within the designated area of expertise, the candidate will clarify, analyze, develop, and implement actions and solutions while supporting Keysight technicians and NPI Engineers.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience is strongly preferred. Applicant should have at least 4 years of related experience.
• This position requires some education, and/or specialized training/certification.
• Must have strong Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) background, and be able to read blueprints.
• Should have basic understanding of mechanical metrology hand tool usage.
• GD&T experience is a MUST. The manager indicated that this is not something that is "trainable".
• Experience using automated software platforms is a plus. Strong PC (MS Windows/Office) skills are a must.
• Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machine and Optical Surface Profilers preferred.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation): Pay Range: $31.90/hour - $34.22/hour W-2. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met). Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (40 hours/week). This position is fully onsite. Remote/Hybrid are not an option for this role. Keysight Location: 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Contract Duration: Approximately 24 months.
