What You'll Be Doing

• Planning and mapping out our entire year of events – you're the mastermind behind where we'll be and when
• Bringing trade shows to life – from picking the perfect spot to making our booth the talk of the show
• Meeting and working directly with Vyper’s partners, influencers and celebrities
• Creating eye-catching displays that make people stop in their tracks
• Managing budgets and tracking ROI to maximize our event investments
• Working directly with show organizers on technical requirements and specifications
• Coordinating all the behind-the-scenes logistics (shipping, electrical, setup crews, etc)
• Getting everything ready ahead of time (marketing materials, booth design, crate, product, etc)
• Building an awesome event team and keeping everyone pumped and ready to go
• Working with our partners to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Making sure each event is better than the last while staying within budget
• Traveling across the country (this is a 100% travel position – home is where the trade show / event is)
• Thinking up new ways to wow our customers
• Keeping track of what works and what doesn't

What We're Looking For

• Someone who's done this before (at least 5 years of running events)
• A natural leader who can keep a team motivated and on track
• Super organized – you can juggle multiple events without dropping the ball
• Laser-focused on getting things done and hitting deadlines
• Hungry for success and always pushing to make each event better than the last
• A great communicator who can sell our vision to anyone – from vendors to VIPs
• Extremely reliable – when you say it'll get done, it gets done
• Someone who stays cool under pressure
• A people person who loves meeting new faces
• Someone who loves to travel / explore the country
• A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the resourcefulness to tackle challenges independently
• Must be comfortable driving a pickup truck with a trailer in tow, as frequent travel to events will require driving long distances
