Purpose
Responsible for the scheduling and execution coordination of weekly, daily, and long term maintenance plans and projects to safely achieve the highest level of reliability through proactive and optimally executed maintenance practices that enable the site maintenance team to become the standard of excellence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a World Safety Culture by Example
- Develop and maintain best in class proactive maintenance schedules for all maintenance team members and external resources
- Collaborate with all departments to prioritize and coordinate execution of work requirements into the EAM System and appropriately communicate throughout the site
- Coordinate with purchasing / procurement department to ensure alignment of contract services, rental equipment, and direct purchased parts for all scheduled maintenance work
- Ensures all maintenance resources are optimally utilized and wrench time is brought to a world class level and sustained
- Serve as a site Business Power User / Site Owner for the CMMS / EAM System to ensure the proper use, utilization, and alignment with the Roseburg Reliability Standards and Best Practices through continual end user training, program auditing, and site wide communication on gaps
- Serve on the site maintenance leadership team and collaborate with corporate center of excellence resources to drive world class manufacturing performance
- Coach and mentor maintenance technicians and apprentices on reliability centered maintenance methodologies

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong Computer Skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, ERP, CMMS/EAM, MS Project
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Self-driven work ethic
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to make decisions and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work in and maintain a highly functional team environment
- Demonstrated understanding of company safety policies and expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Degree or BA/BS in Manufacturing Related Field
- 5+ Years Production Maintenance Experience
- 5+ Years serving as CMMS / EAM systems administrator in a high speed manufacturing setting
- Experience deploying Reliability Centered Maintenance methodologies
- Experience in a manufacturing leadership role
