I am currently working with a leading Chicago based law firm, who are actively looking to recruit an experienced attorney to join its General Liability group.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the firm's lead shareholders on specialist Insurance Defense matters.
• You will handle all aspects of a case from responsive pleadings, discovery, and taking and defending depositions.
• You will strategize and evaluate cases of your own, as well as those under the supervision of the shareholder.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Illinois.
• 2+ years of experience in general liability matters.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent business development skills.
