Vaco is working with a great company looking to hire an HR Business Partner. This role will assist in recruiting and administration of compensation and benefit programs, serve as a liaison between employees and managers, provide guidance and coaching on HR-related matters, and conduct employee orientations, and more. This is a fully onsite role.
Minimum Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related HR field or equivalent years experience
  • Extensive experience with union campaigns and labor relations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and challenging situations with discretion and professionalism
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a combination of the following areas: union environments, union campaigns, employee relations, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, data analysis, DEI, succession planning, business consulting, compensation and rewards, talent acquisition, and organizational development and design
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and other technology and tools that support collaboration
  • Auto Industry
    

Preferred Requirements:

• • Master's degree or MBA with a concentration in HR or a related field
  • Experience with high-performing projects or teams
  • Experience with delivering HR process improvement actions
  • Demonstrated conflict management skills
  • Proven team player with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of employment law
