Job Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst work closely with finance and business management to deliver reporting and analytical support, including developing and maintaining Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting. It also involves collaborating with the finance department, senior leaders, to support budgeting, forecasting, and various projects and analyses, enabling the organization’s rapid growth.
What You’ll Do…
- Perform financial analysis and reporting on company performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Monitor performance and determine improvement areas by developing KPIs for critical department metrics.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and long-term financial plans.
- Analyze cost structures and suggest cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
- Build financial models to forecast the financial implications of capital projects, including expected returns on investment (ROI) and cash flow impacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial impact of business initiatives.
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and investors.
- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
What You’ll Bring…
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Analytical skills to process large amounts of information to find financial opportunities
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Great communication skills and ability to articulate results based on audience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with data analysis software and tools such as SQL and business intelligence platforms like Power BI preferred.
- 5-7 years of supporting a manufacturing environment preferred
