Job Description

McGee Wealth Management, a growing financial advisory firm located in Katy, TX, is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. We are a financial planning firm that has client service as our #1 priority and we are looking for someone with the same mindset to join us as a full-time CSA. You will be working with our team under the direction of our Lead Advisors. As a small business, we all wear many hats and work as a tight-knit team. Responsibilities :

  • Respond to and execute client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle all paperwork for clients and the firm’s custodians
  • Assist in the maintenance of the firm document management system
  • Provide administrative support to the Lead Advisors
  • Advisor meeting prep and follow-up tasks, including document and information gathering from clients
  • Coordinate client meeting scheduling, including in-person and video meetings
  • Follow-up and document work as appropriate in our CRM
  • Handle client RMDs
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings


Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in financial services
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn to navigate various web-based platforms
  • Positive, energetic, friendly, and service-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to follow/interpret procedures and see tasks and projects through to completion


Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments.
