Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in credit review, preferably underwriting SBA loans.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong understanding of financial ratios and analysis.
