Commercial Real Estate Attorney – Winter Park, Florida

Our client is a full-service law firm located in Winter Park, Florida and they are searching for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of Three (3) years of relevant experience. The candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, buying, selling, warehousing and securitizing commercial real estate. Excellent academics and attention to detail along with strong interpersonal skills are required. Hybrid work may be an option. Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to take the Florida Bar is required. Compensation range of $130K - $200K depending on relevant experience.
