Job Summary:

We are hiring on behalf of our client, This role is two days a week on site in Miami, all candidates must be present two days in office.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and user-focused UX Writer with a strong foundation in technical writing to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances user experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive, user-centered documentation, microcopy, and support materials for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft User-Centered Content: Develop clear and concise UX copy, including error messages, tooltips, FAQs, and onboarding instructions that guide users effectively.
• Create Technical Documentation: Write and maintain user guides, API documentation, release notes, and other technical content to support product features.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product teams, UX designers, and engineers to understand technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly content.
• Ensure Consistency: Establish and adhere to content guidelines, ensuring a consistent tone, voice, and style across all user touchpoints.
• Conduct User Research: Collaborate on or conduct research to test the clarity and effectiveness of written content.
• Iterate Based on Feedback: Continuously refine content based on user feedback, analytics, and team insights.
• Simplify Complexity: Translate complex technical jargon into digestible, accessible content for diverse user audiences.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Writer, Technical Writer, or similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an emphasis on simplicity and clarity.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with writing for non technical, customer focused teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, software development processes, or technical ecosystems is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment.
